Register your Property
Depending on the location, you could earn hundreds for a stills shoot per day and thousands for TV and film. Although many of our properties are of a grand nature we are continually searching for period and modern family properties, shops, industrial sites, offices etc. We are also looking for the more unusual, including, houseboats, windmills, and quirky gardens and dilapidated buildings.
If you think your place has something, then please give us a call. If your property is suitable we will promote it on our website for an annual fee of £29.99. This fee will include, if your property is used, the drawing up of a contract between you and the company, stating precisely which areas they can film in, and what they would like to do.
We will negotiate fees and check that they have full public liability insurance. The address of your property will not be disclosed until you and we are completely happy with the arrangements.
We cannot guarantee how many times your property will be used if at all, as even we do not always know exactly what is required by the photographer or production company, however we will endeavour to promote every location by including it on our website.
