How much How much can I earn?
A
This depends on your property/location. There is a sliding scale of fees. On average stills photo shoots will pay from £400 - £1000 per day. Film shoots will pay upwards of £1000 per day.

Is my property/location suitable?
A
The main criteria are size and access, both of which have to be reasonable. As regards the type of property we get asked for, there is no limit, from beach huts to railway stations and terraced houses to mansions. If you are unsure if your property/site has potential for inclusion, just give us a call and we can advise you.

How is my privacy protected?
A
No contact details (your telephone number, address/location] are put on the website. The only people who have access to your contact details are Norfolk Locations. When a client enquires as to the use of your property/location, we will only release your details to them once we have verified their credentials and discussed their requirement with you and obtained your permission to proceed.

How do I register?
A
We require
·good quality photographs or digital images, [both interior and exterior]. These can be emailed as jpegs or you can mail us your originals to scan.
·A brief Description of the building/s, including, period, unusual features and access.
·An administration charge of £29.99 to cover scanning/downloading your images, and the promotion and marketing of the property on our website.

What do we get in return?

·If the property is suitable, direct inclusion onto the Norfolk Location website.
·Active maketing and promotion to photographers and production companies.
·Complete anonynimity of your property until the client wishes to view
The negotiation of fees and the drawing up of contracts.

What happens if our property is chosen?
A
We will make sure it is suitable. If you are happy and understand exactly what is involved we will then negotiate the location fee, draw up an agreement and check that public liability insurance is in order.
